For this rainy day, let me just share this video of Erwan Heussaff which speaks of man's utter determination and willpower. From being obese to placing 8th on the most recent IronMan Triathlon competition, and now to running one of the most-visited food blogs in the country, a certified chef and a budding restaurateur at that, I have to say that I have come to admire this guy not only for his pretty face (come on!) but for his discipline and character. :)
