Celebrate joy!

Celebrated my 29th birthday two weeks ago and hey look at that, I didn't even had to think twice about putting in my age! Haha! I don't know what it is about 29, and while it's my last year to say that I'm in my late 20's, it's also the time where you just care less more (did I confuse you with those 2 words?)... One of my friends asked me how old I was, to which I answered 29. and she joked to say, " dibale nasa kalendaryo ka pa!" This may have come off as offensive to me months ago but I just smiled and said "Si Lord na bahala" knowing for certain na Siya na talaga bahala. I guess, being at this age means that you get to see so much of God's goodness already that everything that happened and will happen in the future -- you are able to trust God for. Hi! First post for October! :) Just celebrated my birthday last week, and the million-dollar question is this: How old/young are you??? :) I guess I have reached the age when I would think twice before saying it out loud. HA! So, do I feel old? Hmm… Not really, although the age 27 (there, brave ol me, I’ve said it out loud :P) also surprises me. Really?? I’m ALREADY 27??!

I cannot wait to go back to this piece of island next year! My foot is still a little sore and I have a big bruise on my upper right thigh, but it doesn't make me less eager to go back to Baler just because of how much my friends and I enjoyed our recent trip there last Oct 5-6.

It's official. I am already in my late 20s! 26, yes that's how young I am :D Positive scripting, bow. But really, what's wrong with being 26? Hehe! Days before my birthday, people ask me what were my plans and I just shrug and say that I don't really have plans on the day itself. I wasn't trying to be emo about the whole thing. I guess, the 10th falling on a Thursday kind of made it a little bit sketchy for me to plan anything.
