Surfing... and what I did instead.

Happy Easter! How did everyone's Holy week go? Much-needed vacay for many, stay-cation for some...whichever it may be, I hope you were energized and refreshed for the upcoming week. :) A week ago, I was pretty bummed out when I found out that our La Union trip was canceled.

It is Done

I sometimes cry when I least expect it. And this song right here was the reason for my most recent tear-up episode.

Where to in Boracay: Don Vito Delizioso! (1/4)

Time to write about Boracay! The intense heat of the sun is a clear indication of one thing: IT'S SUMMER! And with that, I am sure many peepz will be flocking to the beach soon. And since Boracay is such a popular destination, it was not exactly my friends' and I first time to go there. Previously, when I went here, I wrote about the activities like ATV, Zorb, Parao sailing, Helmet diving in my old blog  here ... So to keep this post fresh and new, I will be writing about places to go -- such as foodie finds and hang out places. I'm a foodie at heart and I hope this post excites you too. :) And to not overdose you guys with so much foodie write up, I will divide this post into 4 parts. Aye? Alright! First stop...

Planner Backsliding

It might be a little late to write about the importance of planners since we're already three months into the year... but I have seen how my life is much more organized and my day more productive with one so let me write about it anyway and say that it's never too late to get one or get back to it!

A little breather

Whoops, I know I still owe you guys the post about Bora, but let me just take a breather from all the feature-vibe write ups I have been posting lately and take a more personal approach with this one. Yaaay! I think it has been quite awhile since I wrote something along those lines, eh? At first I was trying my best to strike a balance with this blog by constraining myself in writing something so personal (which has always been the case with my old blog), but eventually once I gotten used to it, it became easier. And now it just became all too comfortable not to delve much deeper into the personal stuff that it somehow became an escape route. So no more escaping!

Handmade by Etchosera

Yes, Etchosera talaga. When I first heard about this  online biz almost two months ago, I smiled and was a bit surprised with the name of the brand. I had to ask the person who recommended it to me to repeat the name just to make sure. According to its owner, Tiffany Uy, "t he name “Etchosera” refers to someone who possesses the power to blur the lines between truths and lies, leaving people intrigued." Humor-me much And just browsing through their albums, I find myself not just intrigued but even smiling at the name of each.  With names like "Charming ka teh?" for charm bracelets, "Hindi ako tinapa!" for koi-inspi red pieces and "Ambisyosang Dyosa" for neck pieces fit for a queen, this brand definitely has personality! And with branding, it is always good to cut through the clutter and be set apart from the rest. One of the Awimboweh pieces From Ambisyosang Dyosa collection Unique & Handmade Aside from the brand's per...

Summer is here!

Hey everyone! Remember the beach I was talking about on my Wink post a li'l more than a week ago? Can you guess where my friends and I went to? It's no secret hideaway, that's a clue. Lol. Dead give away na yan --- it's Boracay! :) And here's a little teaser on what transpired in that beautiful island during our 4-day stay there. I plan on writing in more detail soon! Bear with me please! :)

Outfit Shot: Color and Style Play on a Formal Event

Hey! Just a quickie outfit shot for a wedding I attended this afternoon. Thanks to Kimmy for letting me borrow her dress and shoes! I didn't have the time and money to spend anymore so she was a real life-saver! And I loved how the whole outfit came together after. Come and see!
