Celebrate joy!

October weekends are turning out to be really fun J Like two Saturdays ago, we threw a bridal shower for my college friend, Cathy. Her requests were just 3 things: (1) No stripper (was that a disappointed grunt I just heard from you? Lol!) (2) Sabaw fun! (3) and reminiscent of our college days (so I guess this one was already referring to #2) So what her maid of honor, Steph, planned was a girls day out/sleepover that constituted stuffing our faces with all things yummy and sweet, a little naughty sexy trip at La Senza to pick up something naughty and sexy (jeez, that was redundant), and a pamper me fix at St. Nails, for a halo-ed experience at their branch in Makati.

I cannot wait to go back to this piece of island next year! My foot is still a little sore and I have a big bruise on my upper right thigh, but it doesn't make me less eager to go back to Baler just because of how much my friends and I enjoyed our recent trip there last Oct 5-6.

It's official. I am already in my late 20s! 26, yes that's how young I am :D Positive scripting, bow. But really, what's wrong with being 26? Hehe! Days before my birthday, people ask me what were my plans and I just shrug and say that I don't really have plans on the day itself. I wasn't trying to be emo about the whole thing. I guess, the 10th falling on a Thursday kind of made it a little bit sketchy for me to plan anything.

I can't believe it's already been a week since my last post :( And I thought I was being more diligent with writing... Whoops! But hey, another way of looking at it is that being busy with other things gives us more material to write about. Diba??? Pwde na bang palusot yun? Hehe! But seriously though, it's true! Case in point, I was out for the entire weekend because of the Baler trip I was telling you guys about. I am super excited to tell you guys about the experience.. and I write that with a sore right foot (piki--piki lang ang peg ko these days), aching arms and back, and bruised knees.
